FINALLY! I just got the e-mail from Capital One that they are sending me my check so I can pick up my MINI this weekend.
The issue was that I could not prove where I lived. I just moved in last week, I didn't have any utility bills nor did I have any utilities in my name before moving here. All my paperwork for loan approval did not meet their criteria. And the soonest I was going to get a bill statement or online statement from my cable or power would be 30 days.
I finally got the papers I signed at closing mailed to me this week on Monday and in those were a Housing and Urban Development document I signed that they would accept.
Now I just need to setup a time to pick up my MINI this weekend as me and all my friends head down to Denver to go see comedian Dane Cook.
I am so happy right now. Now with less stress about worry about getting financing I will not jones so bad for smokes since quitting.
