So I am looking over my end of year statement for my condo I bought in November 2004. For this first year I paid $20,000 dollars rent and I reduced the money I owe by $3,000. This doesn't count the $3,000 in HOA fees I paid on top of that.

I think I am going to cry.

I saw Eragon this weekend. Really good movie. Go see it.

Although I didn't make it to the mountain this weekend I did post some pictures I took when I went opening day this year under the Misc page. I was to busy working on my D&D fantasy campaign/writing. That and playing a new video game I got called Dragonshard.

Now that I think about it my weekend was filled with Dragons.

I am trying to figure out where the start of an innocent e-mail turns into a fight? I am no good at "teh drama" and when I get pulled into it I am really good at saying all the wrong things.

Hell I don't even realize I am in "teh drama" until all of a sudden I am making people feel horrible and burst in to tears.

I value a friendship but it seems each time I try to hang out with that friend it ends in hurt feelings.

So the plumbers are going back to my house this morning a week later. This weekend I did a couple of sinks of dishes and went snowboarding. When I came home there was about a foot diameter puddle of water on my kitchen floor. Checking underneath it had come from the bottom of the sink because all my shit was wet under there.

Ehh, at this point I gave up caring. I am not even upset about it. Mainly because I am just glad it is not the drain backing up and flooding my kitchen, it is just a slow leak easily fixed by throwing a bucket under my sink. That and the HOA is paying for all of this so it is not like I am getting hit with some huge bill.

Outside of my plumbing problems, not a whole lot going on. I have started watching a lot of anime again. But this time I am just eating up bandwidth instead of chewing through my income to get it. Lately I have downloaded and watched "Fate/Stay Night" and "Hyper Police" Both are decent.

Monday: They fix the drain at 9 AM and then break the S trap pipe in my sink a second time. I came home for lunch and my sink is pushed up out of its moorings about an inch and shit is all over the place under my sink. Finally at about 3 PM they get everything fixed. I spent most of last night cleaning my house, pine-soling the hell out of my kitchen, and putting my kitchen back in to place.

And for those of you who don't know, this was all caused by the upstairs neighbors flushing bread bags down the sink and plugging the drain beneath my floor so it backs up into my ground floor condo. DOWN THE GOD-DAMN SINK! WHO DOES THAT?!? I will fucking kill everyone around me.

And my friend talking about the AR. He is a next door neighbor in my complex.

Thursday: Drain Breaks
Friday: House floods, they rip through my S trap and destroy the pipes below my sink
Saturday: They finally fix blockage at 9 PM
Sunday: They finally fix my broken S pipe at 8 PM
Sunday: 10 PM I find 4 inches of standing water in my sink that will not drain.

Yeah I give up. My kitchen is fucked. They should have arrived at 9 AM today looking at it again.
